Translating words is only part of the work. Dates, roles, states, error messages and navigation paths must continue to work in the selected language.\n\nLocalization also affects structure: Russian copy may need more space, an invitation must preserve its language through sign-in, and fallback content must be identified.\n\nWhen these details are governed, language stops being a surface treatment and becomes part of the service architecture.
Localization is more than translation
A good interface preserves meaning, context and trust when its language changes.
