Personal data policy
Processing of account and contact-request data.
Data and purposes
The controller is ИП ФЕРРАРИ АНДРЕА. Data includes name, email, password hash, verification status, technical session and security data, contact-request messages and decisions, document versions and acceptance time. Purposes are account creation and management, email verification, security, handling requests and compliance with applicable obligations.
Grounds and access
Processing relies on separate consent, performance of the user agreement and applicable legal obligations. Registration does not make contact details public. Request recipients receive the information needed to evaluate a request. An email provider processes service messages. Public profiles and transfers through external services require specific disclosures and a relevant legal basis.
Retention and rights
Account data is used while the account is managed. After closure, data without another valid purpose or legal basis is deleted or anonymised; mandatory retention and documented dispute needs are assessed separately. Request access, correction, cessation, withdrawal or deletion at [email protected]. Only necessary information may be requested to verify account ownership. Withdrawal does not prevent processing on other lawful grounds.
Providers and location
The main database, profile files and operator backups are hosted by Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany. Service email uses Qboxmail (European Union); Cloudflare delivers and protects website traffic and may process technical data in other countries. Contact and feedback forms may forward messages to the team through n8n and Telegram; ordinary registration does not send passwords to these channels. Authorised staff and the contact-request recipient selected by the user may also receive relevant data. This disclosure does not certify Russian localisation compliance; consent does not override mandatory legal requirements. Account consent does not include marketing.
